The backpack itself is good but the zippers are not high quality and broke down after the first year of using. Nordace ship their products to europe but do not apply the legal time of guarantee (which ist 2 years). They sadly did not want to fix the backpack but just exchange it for additional costs. Therefore I am not pleased with the service as 2 years of guarantee is the legal timeframe and common practice in europe.

Einzigartiger toller Stoff, sehr guter Qualität. Mir persönlich ist der Rucksack „zu rechteckig“, ich bin gewöhnt, dass die Rucksäcke oben enge und „rundlicher“ sind. Aber 100% ist solcher Konzept nur von Vorteil: Notebook und Ordner passen bestimmt besser rein… Ich bin wahrscheinlich für den Rucksack einfach zu altmodisch… Sieht sehr ungewöhnlich aus… Sehr stylish und einzigartig, außerdem alles sehr durchgedacht: tolle Taschen, Kabel für den Powerbank-alles Top! Und der Stoff-noch mal-der ist super! Hätte gerne so was im klassischen Design.
Außerdem möchte ich besonders einen sehr netten reibungslosen Kontakt mit dem freundlichen Verkäufer betonen. Danke sehr!
