Do not store acidic beverage and fruit juice to prevent deterioration, as they may lead to poor performance in maintaining the temperature.

Milk or other dairy products should not be stored in the bottle as bacteria can grow quickly inside.

Avoid storing carbonated beverage that can cause high pressure in the bottle. It may put too much pressure on the lid, making your drinks more likely to spill when opening.

Do not place the bottle in the microwave. The stainless steel will prevent your drinks from heating up, and it may even cause damage to your microwave.

Do not put the bottle in the dishwasher. The dishwasher can get too hot to affect the insulation properties of the bottle.

The bottle can keep your drinks cold for all day long, so you do not need to put it in the freezer. It may cause damage to the vacuum seal as a result of doing this.

Before you use it, clean both the inside and the outside with water and dish soap. You may put a tablespoon of baking soda in the bottle and fill it with water, then let it sit for a few hours to remove the unpleasant odor (if any).

For basic cleaning, we recommend washing the bottle with warm water and dish soap after every use. You can use a bottle brush to scrub the inside, then rinse the bottle thoroughly and turn it upside down on the drying rack to dry it.

For deep cleaning, you can mix a tablespoon of baking soda with a medium amount of hot water in the bottle. Leave it overnight, then rinse thoroughly with clean drinking water in the morning.

Do not use bleach or chlorine to clean it as these chemicals will ruin the stainless steel

You may use a bottle brush and straw brush to scrub the inside of the bottle after use.
