I’ve used this backpack everyday for work for the last few years and can confirm it’s excellent! I also brought it overseas where it got thrown around and even dragged through the ocean and it hasn’t got a single scratch on it! Holds everything you need plus more! Only complaint is that the back pocket is hard to access and doesn’t have much space. And the side pocket design means that things can fall out when you open it. But overall a great bag!

This bag is okay for me. Aesthetically, it’s beautiful. Yes, It has all the pockets and the key holder is nice. Outside of that, there are bunch of things that could use an overhaul. The USB charging port is antiquated. I don’t think I have used usb to charge anything since 2014. I would have rather them left a small opening for my own wire that could directly connect to my charger than install a .90 USB cord that is just in the way and essentially useless. The port is also glued into the fabric, so there is no taking it out without damaging the bag. The straps are closed looped which limit how much you can tighten the them. I am 5’7” and find I want to tighten the straps about another inch but can’t because of the closed loop. Because of this the bag tilts a little lower than I find comfortable. There is no chest strap unfortunately. Had there been one. It would have made a difference since I can’t tighten the straps as much as I want. Lastly, the straps aren’t as comfortable as the website and influencers make them appear. They are rather thin for a bag in this price range, IMO. It’s not a bad bag, but it’s not the be all end all either.

I love my Eliz backpack. I have been using it for the office every day and it fits my laptop, notepad, lunchbox and other items perfectly. The straps are pretty comfortable too. I haven’t used the charger bit yet so I can’t vouch for it.

Just recieved my order. The blue as a gift for my sister and kelp for me which I thought might show marks being a lighter colour. Now I think not as it’s got depth and I love the colour. We are going on a UK and Europe holiday for 7 weeks with lots of day trips. This bag will fit all our needs for travel,. Plenty of room for jackets, umbrella, food and more. Just what we were looking for so that our hands were free. Quality looks amazing. Prompt delivery, inside one week, just north of Sydney.

Great product – looks great, feels durable, comfortable to carry and does have a. generous amount of space. I will add 2 points of improvement: 1) The USB charging cable is only suitable for plugging into the original USB type A ports so that should be amended to a a more modern type C 2) The shoulder straps should be adjustable a little more so they can become smaller for more petite framed folks like me

The quality of this bag is pretty good! The Kelp colour is really unique, and I usually get black in everything! It’s stylish for work. However, I did think this bag would be bigger. It won’t fit my lunch bag, so I’ll have to carry it still. It does fit all my other work essentials and probably will fit a change of shoes. The inside water bottle pocket is not secure in terms of holding a water bottle. The bag fits a 15.6-inch laptop. I have a picture attached! If my work was not paying for a portion of this bag, I probably would not buy it with my own money (I even got a discount via the website). It is overpriced in my opinion for what you do get. But nonetheless, it’s cute and it’ll work for travelling to work while still being stylish. We will see how the quality holds up!

Love this backpack… everything fits that I need… and the phone charging area fits my own Powerbank and extra cords perfectly!!! My laptop has its own protective case but it fits perfectly in the laptop area.. have used for a weekend trip away and everything I needed all fitted perfectly… very impressed !! Head to Vietnam next year and this will be perfect as we’re planning on doing carry on only …

I mean what can I say… it’s a bag after all. At the end of the day it does what any bag does to be fair, it carries your stuff for you. As for the luggage strap, well, people have managed for generations to carry their luggage alongside their bags with effortless ease and I can only assume will continue to do so for many years to come. Overall I’m happy other people love it so much, I just can’t bring myself to fall in love with a rucksack! 🙂

I really recommend this backpack. I have to cart a lot of stuff round for work and it will fit my laptop, lunch, a pair of shoes, water bottle and large headphones case without issue. It has lots of compartments to keep things organised. Plus it looks stylish and smart while doing all this! The straps are high quality and I have no concerns about overloading it.
I’ve also used this bag for weekends away and it’s a great size for the new “under seat” requirements for hand luggage for budget airlines. I recently packed for 3 days in Rome just with this bag.

I order this Eliz backpack in Black from 1.5 weeks ago. It didn’t take too long to arrive. The quality is good and worth for the price. My shoulder is comfortable with their shoulder straps.
For some reason, I didn’t receive a confirmation email nor tracking detail after I made a purchase. However, the customer service was very helpful and efficient to provide the details I need.

Got the pink backpack a month ago and I love it! It feels comfortable to wear and doesn’t hang off the back at a weird angle. The laptop compartment is just a bit too tight for my 15.6″ work laptop and I don’t like putting so much pressure on the screen/hinge to pull it out. I’d imagine that if you have a gaming laptop it probably wouldn’t fit at all. But otherwise this bag is perfect!
