I do love the backpack. The only issue I have is how it aesthetically looks. If you do not have the bag fully filled you will find the bag bends inward and as far as creases go it does not looks as nice as the pictures. I did reach out for support but was told it should iron itself out. Unfortunately it’s been 5 months and it looks as bad as it did when I first got the bag.
