I ordered these packing cubes and they never arrived. I was really looking forward to them based on the reviews here and of friends, but customer service said ” we can send a replacement only if you can prove, with a copy of the claim issued with the local carrier or with the police, that you have not received, in fact, your package.” Of course it was shipped with the USPS and they have not allowed me to file a claim because they are still looking for it and the local police won’t take a report for the post office didn’t actually deliver my package. I’m very disappointed.

I’m a doctor and travel for locum work. I got the black set with a matching backpack…. Best work gear… fits clothes, scrubs, stethoscope and all my essentials for a weekend work trip. … and still fabulous when I travel on vacation. Great work investment

I purchased this set with my sienna backpack. I was surprised how many items fit into a cube. The zips are quite robust and the fabric feels nice, too. I’m quite tactile and am always skeptical buying online because i can’t touch the item, but am very happy with these. I would definitely recommend.
