10-Year Limited Warranty

Peace of Mind with Every Purchase

At Nordace, we believe in the quality of our suitcases and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 10-year warranty on our suitcases when they are purchased directly from Nordace and used for their intended purposes. The warranty covers any manufacturing faults in materials and workmanship. If the product you receive is defective upon arrival, we can provide you with an exchange for a new one or a refund.

Nordace will determine whether to repair or replace your suitcase. We strive to make fair and thoughtful decisions with your best interests in mind. Please note that while we try to accommodate all warranty claims, we may decline a claim if it doesn’t meet our guidelines.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in brand new condition, with original tags attached and packaging intact. Unfortunately, if these criteria aren’t met, we cannot process the return or exchange.

To ensure eligibility for a return or exchange, please inspect the product thoroughly at home before using it.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic Damage:
    • Changes in appearance, such as color fading, fabric wear, scratches, scuff marks, stains, dirt, or dents.
    • Impact damage to the outer shell, frame wear, or perimeter breakage.

Please note: Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the suitcase is not covered under the warranty.

  • Technical Issues:
    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, intentional abuse, or normal wear and tear.
    • Improper handling by carriers, overloading, or rough transport.
    • Combination lock issues resulting from incorrect lock settings, improper use, or forced entry.
    • Incidental and consequential damages.
    • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.

Important Information

  • Please make sure to keep your proof of purchase – this can be a copy of your purchase receipt or a copy of your order confirmation email. Without this, warranty claims will not be valid.
  • You are responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product back to us, including packaging and shipping fees.
  • If your suitcase is damaged during transport, contact the airline, travel provider or insurance company immediately upon arrival at your destination. Airlines are responsible for any damage that occurs to your luggage at the airport or during the transport process. Do not leave the arrival/baggage claim area until the matter is addressed.
