I used this bag as a flight attendant for my trips. It is great for a one day trip – can fit plenty: change of clothes, overnight toiletries, and the necessities (book, computer, chargers, a snack). The only issue I had was that the zippers stopped working after about a year. Perhaps this was because I was using it for more than it may have been intended? But I loved it when the zippers stayed on the tracks.

Its been about 3 years since i bought this bag. It is a really great bag and its in great condition. Only problem is that the black colour kinda of turned into some purple-ish colour under light but its not a big deal. Biggest problem I had so far is with the shoulder straps. The material that touches your shoulder kind of turned into like a messy carpet and is quite thin overtime.

Mangelhafte Qualität beim Reißverschluss – Eine ansonsten beeindruckende Tasche enttäuscht Der Rucksack, den ich vor einem Jahr gekauft habe, erfreut mich insgesamt sehr. Er bietet ausreichend Platz für all meine Belange und sein Design ist ansprechend. Leider bin ich jedoch sehr enttäuscht von der Qualität des Reißverschlusses und den daraus resultierenden Nähteproblemen. Nach nur einem Jahr regelmäßiger Nutzung begannen sich die Nähte an den Ecken des Rucksacks zu lösen. Dies hat mich sehr enttäuscht, da ich den Rucksack ansonsten als äußerst praktisch empfinde. Die Tatsache, dass dieser Mangel auftritt, gibt mir zu denken, ob die allgemeine Qualität des Produkts den Erwartungen entspricht. Obwohl es mir gefällt, wie der Rucksack gestaltet ist und wie er sich anfühlt, hätte ich erwartet, dass die Nähte und insbesondere der Reißverschluss deutlich länger halten. Es ist frustrierend, dass ich nun Geld ausgeben muss, um die Nähte reparieren zu lassen oder mir sogar einen neuen Rucksack kaufen muss. Ich finde es schade, dass ein ansonsten großartiger Rucksack durch solch einen Mangel beeinträchtigt wird. Es wäre wünschenswert gewesen, wenn der Hersteller die Probleme im Zusammenhang mit dem Reißverschluss besser gelöst hätte. Eine höhere Qualität der Nähte und ein langlebigerer Reißverschluss wären angemessene Verbesserungen gewesen, um dieses Produkt zu einem noch besseren Erlebnis zu machen. Alles in allem bin ich enttäuscht von der Qualität des Reißverschlusses und den daraus resultierenden Nähteproblemen. Trotzdem mag ich den Rucksack aufgrund seines Designs und seiner Funktionalität. Es bleibt zu hoffen, dass zukünftige Modelle dieses Produkts dieses Manko beheben und eine höhere Haltbarkeit bieten können.

my thoughts after 3 years. perfect bagpack for me. fits plenty, looks good with the structured design and good quality bag. it can get bulky looking with many things in the bag but it still looks good imho!! ive used it plenty in many situations and it still holds strong and well. i ff love this bagpack!!!

Very comfortable, really takes the weight off with nice padded straps and back. Great size for everyday use — I can fit my laptop, gym clothes and lunch and lots of clever pockets to keep everything organised. And looks good!

It is a nice backpack, but cleaning it is a nightmare. I followed all the instructions from the website and I still cannot get it clean. And it is not some hardcore oil stain but just regular dirt from putting your hands on it etc. I also have Sienna I which is from a different fabric and it is much easier to clean, this one, not so much. Just a precaution

Go bag for everyday travel. Has sturdy straps for heavy contents, though they tend to fall from time to time. The USB port is just a USB cable meant to be attached to your own personal power-bank with a port to connect your device form the outside. So if you’re looking to buy for the USB port, it would be better to just buy a new charging port. The multiple compartments are the only upside along with the keychain clip inside the bag.
I would really only get this bag if you carry a bunch of things with you on a regular basis, like multiple items on any given day.

Just received my Nordace Bergen backpack! It was exactly what I wanted, it’s gonna be useful both for long distance trips and for daily commutes. Love all the pockets, especially the one for the PC. Great quality of materials, too!

The bag is functional and useful, but the bag is absolutely enormous when filled. I tried it on without putting anything in, liked it and clipped off the non-return tag. Then I filled it up (laptop, notebook, magazines, etc.), and found the bag was so large I felt, frankly, ridiculous wearing it. Should have given it a proper test-run before clipping off that tag! The photos make the bag look more ‘sturdy’ than it is in reality too; it’s made from a weak-feel fabric and changes shape a lot depending on what’s in it. Would be useful for a 3-4 day trip, but not as a daily work-bag.

This backpack is way bigger than the pictures show. It’s so huge that it’s not commuting really, nice from the front but way too deep. Don’t think it’s made from great materials either but atleast you get a lot in if you’re going away. Depends what you need it for

There are so many pockets and it’s sturdy and it looks great. It’s a great back pack. But I’m 5’2” and this bag is huuuuuge. It looks like luggage on my back. I think I will be returning this.

I got this backpack for work and it works really great. There is a lot of space for my supplies and it’s very easy to carry. My favorite part is the pocket in the back so when I use it for traveling I won’t have to worry about anyone taking my ID and money. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased two of those. One for myself for travelling and the other for a work colleague who saw me ordering. I travel a lot and the secret passport pocket was a winner. I went to Mexico and New York and Poland. This is the best bag ever! I had packed everything I needed for week travels. I even had rooms for souveniers to bring back. It is super comfortable and the quality is amazing. The price is a bit high but it is worth every penny. Now when it is back to school time my husband seemed to move in to the bag on a permanent basis and brings his laptop to college. Loves the bag. My colleague wears it every day with the laptop in it to the office and now I just ordered siena for a change for myself as I am left bagless afterall 😉 I will update you on the Siena bag as soon as I get the chance to use it.

Good practical bag for travel. I wish the zippers in the middle didn’t zip down as low as a security measure. The back is very cushioned and I wish it wasn’t so. It makes it bulky. But otherwise plenty of pockets and I love the secret pocket in the back.
