Love the look of the bag and great amount of space …. BUT the back pack straps are shocking, have to wedge so they stay even and they’re thin & uncomfortable …. On the lookout for another bag

I own this bag for almost 3 years now. The bag is beautiful, classic and spacious. The size of the bag is too big to be used as a tote bag and it is more suitable and comfortable to use it as a backpack. However, the straps are badly made – they frequently fall apart on the go. The zippers should be made from metal – they got torn after just a few months. there is no RFID blocking. This bag would have been perfect with a regular straps and metal zippers.

I love this bag however I can’t bear it anymore with the straps – they are a terrible design and every time you pick it up you have to swing it round quickly with both hands to make sure the straps don’t slip. If you did this bag with solid straps It would be perfect. About to purchase a different one of this brand with “normal” Straps but it’s a shame none of the others looks as “glam” as this one.

Backpack looks okay but it’s expensive for the price. The straps are terrible and I don’t even know what the designer of the bag was thinking with a strap like this. I am thinking of what I can do about the strap whether its possible change it completely.

I thought I was smart by getting a 3-in-1 bag, but ironically this unique feature is what made me dislike this bag to get a different model. The special strap was difficult to wear as a backpack. The strap length would always end up longer on the other side, them I would have to constantly readjust. Eventually the strap broke. Otherwise, I really loved the bag. It’s stylish, had lots of space for all my things without being bulky.

I’ve had this bag around 18 months. It’s been a fabulous bag but given it was actually quite expensive I’m disappointed with how long its lasted. The stitching that holds the two rings that the handle goes through to make the shoulder straps has undone completely meaning it can’t be worn or carried using the long strap anymore.

I love the backpack and can’t wait to start using it for travel as it is super flexible in how to use. However I’m a little concerned with durability, I’ll have to see if it holds up. I was disappointed in how the bag was shipped; in a plastic bag with an outer plastic bag, not what you’d expect for a $99 backpack. So if giving it as a gift, best to repackage into a nicer presentation.

Really nice looking bag and was really happy but I’ve only had for 1yr and the straps keeps coming undone and the tabs on the zips are falling apart. It’s not as durable as expected for the price. The straps can also be quite uncomfortable as a backpack as they are thin and dig in. Not comfortable for the weight of a laptop and lunch for example.

Received my Beth bag today, initially I was a little underwhelmed with the overall look and feel of the bag. The vinyl trim on handles and diagonal band above pocket look disappointing, very shiny and plastic. The metal gold accents whilst very shiny, are pretty. The quilted stitching is gorgeous and makes the totepack look very classy. All zips work smoothly and overall the bag looks well made. There are so many pockets that will honestly organise my stuff brilliantly when travelling and there is enough room inside the bag for Duty Free goods purchased at the airport. It’s a lovely bag and I can’t wait to use it.

It is a great product! I think all pockets and distribution are awesome and really well thought. I love the materials…the fake leather is not the best I have seen, it is too shinny, but it is still good enough. Quality is outstanding and sweing looks well done in general. The straps work well and it is really comfortable to use.
