I bought the Siena Pro Tote and Backpack bundle, which I received a few days ago, and I love them. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is because the USB port is a USB A, whereas I would have preferred a USB C. Prior to buying these I had been using the same Samsonite backpack for 20 years, and I was finally seduced by the stylishness and practicality of these bags.

Just bought this tote for my holiday, and love the difference compartments! However does anyone have trouble working out the USB cable? I cannot work out how to use it, perhaps it’s just my age as I’m 79!

I love this bag, great amount of space and fits it all. But, the straps are too thin and dig into my shoulder when the bag is full, which is often, as I use it as a work bag for long distance train travel. Second, like a previous reviewer, the snaps do not stay closed. They are not strong enough and consistently pop open, which in the rain, is an issue. I wish this bag worked for me because it looks amazing, has all the compartments one needs. But using it as a long distance travel/work bag just makes it too heavy to carry without having a trolley bag to attach it to all the time. But if you don’t need to take so much with you and only need it for office/home travel, it would be amazing.

Bought this bag (black and tan) recently and used for 2 trips. …the new zip is a great addition. I only have one complaint….the studs on the side to reduce the opening for day-to-day… The studs pop open so easily …that i am always having to stop and close then.. not sure whether that is a batch of faulty studs…or all like this…appreciate your feedback before I purchase the denim blue one …which is very pretty for casual ware. I have around 7 Nordace items and love your brand.

I am not one to write a review…. but OMG!!! This bag … I AM OBSESSED! compartments after compartments …A M A Z I N G! I am busy office girl and this is the ideal and perfect bag for me. Notebooks, 15” laptop, coffee cup holder, bottle holder, cards, keys, pens …everything you need you can put in the bag… even a power bank I am amazed! Thank you Nordace for creating such bag. No exaggeration. I have wasted bags that either too small or too big or not enough compartments. If I could rate 100 … I would.
