I have had my backpack for a year. I travelled to Europe with only carry-on luggage and this was my “personal item” bag. (I also had a carry-on hardshell suitcase on wheels that went in the overhead bins and a small cross-body bag for my phone, wallet and passport. ) This bag is really good apart from three things: 1. The inside pen/cards/zippered pockets are really hard to access when your bag is fully loaded as they end up being underneath your packed items. (It should go on the inside of the laptop divider.) 2. The front clip pocket it totally exposed to pickpockets as it is so easily flipped open. 3. The charger cable is useless, and cannot be removed. I really want to put the bag through the washing machine, but that would destroy the electrics.

I wanted to wait a couple of months of using the backpack before reviewing it – it’s now come with me around Europe. Largely, it’s a great backpack with many functional pockets, sections, and zippers. It’s a good size for under the seat on a plane, and is very light. The downside for me comes in comfort – there is no sternum or waist strap so if you’re carrying a heavy load around all day your shoulders can get a bit sore. I also didn’t factor in the grey colour getting dirty very easily, but that’s on me!

A fantastic backpack. I’ve been using it for six months of travel around Asia and it hasn’t failed me. The straps are comfortable and I’ve been able to fit heaps in it. I got the beige bag and it still looks great surprisingly. The only downside is the water bottle straps, they are a bit too shallow, my bottle flew out of the overhead locker and nearly took out a guy in the aisle seat! I will probably buy another one for work, I love it so much.

Loved the bag cos it fits a lot for my trips and remain handy. But the following improvements would make it great: 1) stretchier back strap that goes over suitcase handle. It’s just too tight to use when your bag is full hence defeats its purpose totally. 2) usb cable is quite redundant given that you need to have the correct plugs to fit the socket and your equipments. Multiple ends options? 3) the hidden pocket at the back is too shallow to fit much at all and this feature is supposed to be one of the most impt aspect for travelling.

It gets dirty easily and is not easy to clean. I’ve been using it for less than a year and the rubber on the grab handle starts falling off. But other than the above, the backpack works fine. It looks great. And I love that it has a lot of pockets inside and the retractable keychain is very convenient. If I were you, I would go for the black one so you don’t have to care about the stains.

It is a very compact shape and holds a lot of items. I bought it because it has a built in usb cable and now I actually have it I’m not sure what good it does. It has a female socket at the outside, so you have to buy a cable to go to a plug, and on the inside it had a male connection so you have to buy an adaptor to be able to plug in the power bank or laptop. You might as well take your phone or laptop out of the bag and plug it in and save yourself some cables. Not a very good feature after all!

Loooove this backpack! I used it during my 2 week vacation in Thailand last year and on two weekend trips (along with a carry-on suitcase) and so far SO good! I even use it for routine use when I need to carry my laptop. It’s so spacious, yet feels sleek and compact. Not bulky! The handles and straps make it easy to carry and the luggage strap can attach to my carry-on. It has so many compartments for storage and makes me feel organized. I have it in black and thinking about getting beige as well! The only thing I wish it had is a zipper for the front pocket. It currently has a magnetic button, which works fine and is pretty strong as I haven’t lost anything out of it. I still tend to keep non-valuable items in there though (tissues, wipes, gum, etc) just to be safe.

I received mine two weeks ago and I am already so pleased with it! It fits everything I need and more. There are thoughtful features such as the expandable compartment for the bottle so that it doesn’t “dig into” the actual bag. I like that the zippers are on the back and the safety compartment offers a lot more space than I expected. In the pictures, you don’t see the easy access compartment on the front. Very nice to keep the book there so that I don’t need to open the bag for this purpose only. Highly recommend it to other people who wants a backpack for work and for travels!

I do like the layout of this backpack. It has a very spacious main compartment, enough pockets to put things and is generally comfy to wear. However, I did opt for the eco-friendly fabric (because we all should do our bit) and have found that it doesn’t breathe well at all. Every time I have used it, I have been left with the awful sweaty tshirt where the straps and back section sit. Because of this, I am not enjoying it at all. I guess this is payback for the very long time I procrastinated over this one, the standard version or the Sienna …. If you live or will use this backpack in a warm climate, I suggest opting for the standard version that may be more breathable.

Bought this backpack as my “personal item” for the plane ride (in addition to my carry on bag). I specifically bought it because it has one large compartment to help me fit more clothing so I didn’t have to check a suitcase, rather than 2 separate compartments that many backpacks have. It holds a lot! Love the many different pockets, easy to organize and access my belongings during my trip. Love that it’s eco-friendly. Very comfortable shoulder straps too. My only suggestion for improvement is to make the strap on the back that goes over your suitcase handle a tiny bit stretchier as I had to work at it a bit to get it over the handle. But overall, I absolutely love this backpack and would highly recommend.

I really love my backpack I got it as a Christmas gift and it was the best gift ever

Really good quality, love the sustainability side of it and perfect size! Really easy to clean as well in grey

Great bag, loads of pockets and comfortable to wear Good quality but stitching isn’t the best and loose ends have been burnt off which I wouldn’t expect for a bag over £100
Riri –
Love the many pockets for the bag. It’s perfect for on the go. The fiber is good material and feels like quality. The straps are comfortable on my shoulders.

Would buy if there are more bold colours like teal

Just received this backpack and used it during a weekend getaway. It is the absolute best backpack I have ever used. I love that I opens from the back and is super easy to pack/take out items due to the way it opens. Highly recommend. 12/10 stars!
