I am using this backpack for three months now and not on a daily basis. But I have noticed that the top « coat » on the two front pockets have started to peel off and I don’t think there is a way to hide it or to fix that. It looks like a stain, but in fact – it isn’t. And also – I find the zippers not so steady for such a backpack, every time I close them, especially when I put more items in the pockets or the main compartment, I am watching very carefully not to pull hard and I am worried that the zippers might get broken. Lastly, I find it weird, that all other Nordace products, have a little square pin ( the logo) on top, whilst this one – doesn’t. It might sound minor, but it made me wonder why is that. The zippers are not branded, neither.

A nice backpack, but not quite good enough. The space and the way the pockets are designed is really good, although I was a little worried about the quality (with many loose threads). However after a few months of use, the only problem is that it is really not that water resistant. Even with light rain water absorbs into many areas, with even the main laptop area being slightly damp.

I love it! It’s perfect quality and very comfortable to wear even when it’s really heavy. It seems smaller from the outside really… I never had a backpack this size that could fit so many stuff inside and on top of that you can organize everything perfectly there. The main compartment can’t be open without you noticing since the zip is close to your back. I won’t need to wear my backpack on the front during travels anymore XD

I must say I am a little disappointed with the quality of the bag. Round the zip there a red threads hanging off. The handle at the top seems a little thin. I like that the bag is light and is big. I feel it is a little expensive for its level of quality. Maybe it will grow on me as it is too much effort to return.

Great back pack for organizing, good quality! The only thing that will make it perfect are different sized pockets in the front: the small round pockets make it very difficult to store a book for the train, or a small scheduler I could whip out at a moment’s notice, which is why I bought it. Now I have to put these things in the backpack itself which makes it less convenient and safe (don’t want to open the backpack all the way in the metro). Also, the metro card holder on the strap is wonderful, but I wish there was a zipper or flap there to close it tight because I worry if it will slip out. I wanted this bag to be perfect!! A bit disappointing but it will do.

great travel backpack but the side pocket can be open by side zip and if u are carrying backpack can be easily unzipped without u knowing…some securtiy will be nice like unzip from top then side
