I would like to rate higher but quite frankly the straps on this bag as so thin they litterely cut into your shoulder & I have tried cutting down weight. I have just ordered patted straps from Amazon. But I would suggest bag looks good but not designed for weight of a laptop

Love the styling and the size, and was happy I got a discount on the price with an online code. But the straps are really too short for use as a shoulder bag when you have a autumn or winter coat on, and the straps are way too narrow for the capacity of the bag. Once you’ve put in a MacBook, power lead, phone and charger, notebook, makeup bag, water bottle, umbrella and purse, it is quite heavy and the straps then cut into your shoulder, so you end up carrying it in your hand anyway… also, might be a good idea to update the shape of the little clip-on purse as an ear pods case doesn’t fit in it. I don’t think I’ll use it for train commuting again and go back to my laptop backpack. Disappointed overall.

I love the interior of the bag , and that is why bought 3 of them , for me and my sister .But, unfortunately , all 3 bags had the problem with straps . Only after using it for few weeks, the thread started coming out of the the straps making it look ugly, I wish I could get a replacement for the straps .

I knew the bag is not high quality, but I fell in love with it when I got it. The handles replied with the ugly, but the yarn and the needle with the bag came finally neat-looking. I love my bag it’s just such what I’m looking for and I’m happy that I bought it.
