   I have had this bag for a few months now. it is absolutely amazing. a lot fits in it but it still doesn’t look bulky. I use it everyday as a schoolbag and even though it gets used intensive, everything is still whole and looking fabulous. really recommend this bag!

   Got this backpack a few weeks ago and I’m so glad that I did! The straps are comfortable and the bag is well constructed. It’s exactly as advertised. And yes, the water bottle pocket is way too small for a water bottle, but it fits an umbrella well. I will say that the zippers are a little sharp/scratchy and hard to get out of the way when sliding things into the horizontal pockets. The very first thing I did when I reached into the backpack was catch and pull a loop on my sweater with the zipper. The zippers seem strong though; I was concerned they wouldn’t be. I bought it for school which starts in a few months and I’m a little concerned that there is not enough room for books (I didn’t realise the inside book pocket is not as deep as the bag is, and there’s not a lot of horizontal give to it), I guess we’ll see.

   I use this bag for work. It’s like a portable office for me. I am a nurse. It’s perfect for carrying uniforms and other items.

   A very nice large backpack with plenty of space to hold everything that would need for a 3-day journey, the shoulder straps are well-padded and even after hours of use the was no discomfort, the charging port is very useful as you can not charge any portable device without having to get the power bank out it would have been nice to have a compartment or a securable strap so that you could secure the power bank preventing it from moving about with the backpack.

   Having a large opening means are no difficulties in accessing any items that you have stored I would have liked to see an option to have a choice of different colours in the luminous range such as orange as this would help in low light conditions for the lining.

   The secret pocket is handy for keeping important documents hidden or anything that important or valuable which you want to be kept hidden what would be nice is to have the lining of this compartment to be the same lining as the small compartment in the main compartment.

   Overall an excellent backpack

   I’ve been carrying the green one for a couple of years. Perfect travel companion and more importantly, perfect work bag. I have health problems and I always have what I need with me. I collapsed a few weeks back and I just had my husband grab my backpack. I had everything I needed at the hospital. I absolutely recommend this bag for every single thing you could ever need a bag for and will 100 percent replace it with another one someday should this one ever wear out. (Which seems unlikely at this point.)

   Great product, I wear it sometimes. The best part about it is the name, backpack – it’s because it’s a pack you wear on your back! Absolutely genius. The bag is not that smart, I think I might actually be smarterer. Make sure you put your stuff inside the bag though, otherwise you can’t carry it :))

   I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Nordace backpack! My mom bought it for me for a birthday gift. I travel often and this is a great bag for organizing my stuff and easy access to everything!! It rained a couple of times this last trip and the water rolls off. I have the denim blue and just can’t say enough about this back pack!

    I bought this in oktober 2020, the best backpack I ever had. Perfect for work and flying. multiple compartments makes it organised and easy to pack. Shipping is fast. And this is truly good value for money. Combinde with the packing Pouches this gives you the opportunity to pack weekend essentials in a backpack.

    This is the best backpack I have ever owned (and believe me when I say that I have owned many)! I use it for work, and it fits everything, including my 15″ laptop and my battery for my electric bike, without the feeling of being a large bag. The quality is really nice and I love all the pockets. Everything feels like it has a purpose. This bag is great and I can not recommend it enough.

    Love this bag. It sits on the shoulders very comfortably. It doesnt bounce around on the back when walking or running. Same gear from my old bag, but it feels really light. I cant explain that. Love all the compartments. It packs everything in tidily.. you ever known a back pack to pack in tidy. Documents travel fabulously well in my larger compartment, and theyre loose, not even in a sleeve. Love having a compartment for my phone

    I’ve had this backpack for about a year and a half now and I bring it everywhere with me, whether it be to class, a weekend trip, or on flights overseas. The condition is still exactly the same as when I bought it and believe me, I am not gentle with this bag. The front two pockets are my favorite for when I’m going through security because I can slide my laptop and ipad in and out very quickly. I love this bag! 10/10 would recommend.

    It’s okay. Looks good. But it also seems a little overly complicated. The outer piece has two pockets – one that opens on one side and one that opens on the other side. Heaven forbid you forget which side you put something in and think you forgot it. But maybe I’ll get used to them as I use the pack. The part that I am really not happy with is that the shoulder straps are different lengths – not the part that you can adjust – the padded part that is attached at the shoulder. I’m debating on trying to get used to the odd feel of the adjustment buckles being in different places on my body vs. going to a tailor or shoe repair place and having them restitch it so they will be even. Hmmm. Not a problem I expected in a “quality” pack. Also, while 3 weeks delivery time is not surprising for international shipping, the tracking was just a mess. For several days the tracking site (and the Nordace site) were non-functional, only saying “check back in a few minutes”. And once it got handed over to USPS there was information (out for delivery today) that clearly was not correct. It seems they eventually figured out that I don’t life in that town and after another day or two sent it on to the post office in my town. I’ve had problems with slow USPS delivery but this was a new wrinkle for me. All in all, I found the inability to know what to expect to be frustrating.

    I ordered it as a gift and didn’t know how long it would take to receive it. I sent an e-mail to Nordace asking about the delivery
    time. I received a reply the very next day informing me that it usually took 14 to 16 days for deliveries to Canada. The backpack
    arrived on the 15th day and my wife absolutely loves it.

    I ordered this backpack in January (Belgium). Since Belgium is not on the delivery list, I was a bit sceptical on the delivery time. Apparently no need to worry because after three weeks it was already delivered ! The product looks great and is as easy in use as they promise.
    I ordered another product, which they delivered in the wrong color. So i contacted Nordace and I got an email back with a solution in days !
    So the product is of a high quality, the service is very good. Nothing to complain about !
    I ordered the color Grey, It looks a bit darker (hints of purple I would say) than on the picture here, but I still think it looks great.

    I thought this product would be perfect for my overseas trip with all its pockets and features. I loved the look of it but none of the zips lasted the trip and the charger cable didn’t work. I was very disappointed and expected better quality for this price. Looks great but doesn’t match up to its promises.

    I think their are different nordace bags. My bag does not open up like the one displayed. I paid $216 plus adding additional bags and I ordered the beige one. It is pretty but in looking in comparison to the one how many compartment because I am a traveler. So, I need areas in a bag for organization. Anyway, the one in the photo has more space to accommodate and can hold my Mac, I have other things in my bag and I know it is cute. But Space wise is not as advertised. I have not removed the labels and I am still looking at it and the jury is still out. I want to keep it! I just want to know if their more than one selection of the Nordace!

    More than one year later of my purchase and after using it everyday for traveling, shopping and working, I can say that this backpack is amazing.
    The only thing that doesnt look new is the leather brown, one zipper is gone, but in general it still looks pretty good.
    Looking forward to buy a new/different one soon!

    I love it! The backpack is surprisingly not bulky or uncomfortable, it’s sturdy and lighweight so it goes well in daily life, but spacious enough to travel with, especially with the travel bundle I got with it! Super happy!

    Great product. I got it for my birthday and have loved it since. All the pockets make it easy for me to store stuff while keeping it organized. The rain cover is super useful for biking and you don’t want it to get dirty.

    Рюкзак просто великолепный! Заказ, правда, пришлось ждать больше месяца, думаю, это из-за ситуации с пандемией. Я очень волновалась о заказе. Потому что трек номера я так и не увидела, он у меня не работал. Благо, что служба поддержки реагирует быстро. Меня успокоили и заверили, что рюкзак в пути. А через пару недель мне его принесли прямо домой. Я была очень рада. Опасалась, что придет он мятым или в потрёпанной упаковке, но нет, все в лучшем виде. Сам же рюкзак супер классный. Настолько продуманный, удобный, качественный. Выглядит просто потрясно! А уж сколько в нем места! И при этом он не выглядит огромным, все компактно, держит форму и на плечах лежит отлично. Я очень-очень довольна покупкой, свою цену он оправдывает полностью. Теперь вот и сын просит такой же 🙂 С удовольствием закажу еще.

    Nordace Siena takes 5 days from order to delivery and I am personally satisfied with the very good product. When I expressed my concern, it was delivered from a Japanese company with a different name from NORDACE. Please let us know in advance which company will send it to us. In Japan, cases of forcibly sending unordered products to consumers have become a problem, and many consumers refuse to receive them.

    I looked up many backpacks before purchasing this one, but finally fixated on this one and I’m very satisfied. It’s very spacious. Lots of hidden pockets. Comfortable straps. Looks stylish on the outside. I’m really happy I bought it. Totally recommend it

    This is my second review of the gray Siena Smart Backpack. I’ve had it for about 4 months now. It is still perfectly splendid. Ive used it every single day since I received it in the mail. It goes with me on every trip I take out of town for a weekend. Sometimes I don’t even need to pack an extra bag because it’s so spacious – I still kind of wish it was a little bigger though lol. No matter, this bag is still wonderful. I am considering buying one for my boyfriend because it’s that great. I may even get another for myself to be honest. Lol. Did I mention that I get so many compliments on it too? I’m so impressed with this bag. It’s probably one of the best items I’ve bought this year.

    I accidently ordered this backpack (I was between this and the Eclat). I contacted customer service and they were excellent. The best customer service I’ve experienced.
    I ended up keeping it in the end because the shipping fee to return it would be too much.
    Its still a very nice backpack, I just feel its way too big for every day use which is what I wanted it for.
    It has so many compartments and its very easy to organise your stuff so it’s ideal for travelling.
    The zippers feel a bit flimsy but we’ll see how it turns out.
    So far i can say it is spacious, great for organising your things, looks very minimal which is the reason i was considering it in the first place and I cannot state enough how amazing the customer service is.

    This backpack is good looking and very functional. You can tell it is a high quality bag that is going to last much longer than the standard backpack. Great for travel and school. I got the beige color, so dirt and grime are pretty noticeable and I dont know how to clean it. Does anyone have a suggestion?

    I did a lot of research before I decided to order this back pack. Upon receiving it I was very pleased with the look, style etc… but my second time using it the zipper for my laptop compartment broke. I was very disappointed. I e-mailed the company right away sending pictures. The customer service department e- mailed me back very quickly and told me they mailed me out a new one. Within 2 – 2 1/2 weeks I received my new one. I am happy again! I believe that any company can have a flawed product but it is what the company does to rectify the situation is what really matters. I have my new backpack and I checked all if the zippers numerous times and they are working wonderfully!!! I am very happy with my backpack and Nordace!
