   I super LOVE this bag, my favorite daily bag for work (and travel when this pandemic is much better). Its light and comfy. Lots of compartments to organize my things, in a really strategic place! I can’t ask for more! this solved my probs of having multiple bags and I could forget one so now all my things fits here perfectly and more space left. I feel confident wearing dress and carrying this too, its simply elegant. Delivery is faster than the expected days for Singapore in the website by the way… thank you so much! Bless you!

   Great product, plenty of pockets! Could definitely see myself using this for work and travel. Only downside is when it arrived, it had several lose seams that I had to cut off. For a $100 backpack, I’d expect higher quality for the small details

   My only real complaint is that the color isn’t black. I got it in the mail and it looks much for grey. I wish now that I had chosen a different color. Overall though, it seems to be a great bag with a lot of space and storage!

   I really researched this bag before purchasing and one of the functions that I really appreciated was the fleece lining that was advertised on the website. The bag that I received has no fleece at all which is false advertising. Instead of fleece, its a very slippery and shinny fabric typically used in all backpacks. Not a huge issue with the quality, but I expect to receive what was advertised.

   I’ve had this bag for about 18 months. It’s pretty good. Fits a lot in and I love all the extra pockets. However the zips have broken. I’ve contacted customer service with photos. They initially responded, but now nothing. I understand I’m out of warranty, but I would expect it to be more durable for the price.

   I bought this backpack 3 years ago and it is still going strong !
   Originally I needed a roomy backpack travelling with my 2 year old. It has so much space and great organisation! Now, with less plane travel, I use it as my work backpack. Sturdy, s’utilise and super practical.

    Love the bag…. In fact have just bought a second one. However massively let down by awful customer service, longest delivery wait time and generally having to chase Nordace to Find out where and when I should get my parcel. A great product but so let down by service from company this time. Awful really

    As a teacher, I needed a backpack that was large enough to fit all of my stuff and keep my 15 inch laptop save. This backpack does the trick! I choose the beige color and after two months of use, it still looks just as new.
    Bonus: I’ve received many compliments on the look and size from my co-workers.

    I bought the Nordace Siena in Grey and i love it! It is a bit like a tardis in that you can fit so much in it! Even when full its comfortable to wear and the padded straps are great.
    It has so many pockets so its perfect for travelling, and i like the luggage strap to attach it to a suitcase handle. I also bought the packing cubes and wash bag which are great quality and the packing cubes are super handy for packing everything down so it all fits into the bag.
    I would 100% recommend this bag to anyone looking for a travel rucksack.

    Love the backpack, but do not bother with the packing cube as it has a major design flaw. You can’t actually close the packing cubes top zipper which means when you try to close the bottom zipper the top zipper opens. I have been using compression packing cubes for years and have never seen such a flawed design.

    I just received the sienna backpack and I absolutely love it! While it was shipping, I had to use another backpack and (with having a lottt of stuff I have to carry) my back was killing me. But when my nordace backpack came, it was so much better because I didn’t get any back pain. It also has a lot of space in it so I can fit everything and organize it with it’s different pockets. I totally recommend this backpack if you’re thinking of getting it!

    Great backpack but you need to purchase a power bank to actually be able to charge your phone- all this gas is a concealed connection. Rather dissatisfied with the poor attitude to my questions. I was actually tile that they don’t sell backpacks????? I’m not sure what the Sienna is then!!!! Apart from this it’s a super ‘backpack’, very spacious with lots of useful compartments. It’s a shame I now need to spend more money to buy a power bank to actually turn it into a ‘smart’ backpack.

    This backpack was a needed upgrade; it fits everything I need as a busy graduate student and has helped with my chronic shoulder pain. I did purchase it at a discounted price; I personally wouldn’t pay full price for the bag. The water bottle holder stitching is coming undone after about a month of use. Other than that great bag!

    Used my friends for a couple of days. Yes a good piece of kit but lacks at least a chest strap (if not a waist strap as well) to hold the main shoulder straps / backpack in place.

    I have wanted a backpack for years, and I found it! I love it! I have had mine for 2years and it’s still holding up great. It’s great for family days out with my toddler, it’s also my work bag and fits my MacBook Pro.

    The usb is brilliant and you have just the right amounts of compartments for all your needs.

    I cannot recommend this backpack enough I also have some of the accessories eg. The toiletries and clothing compartment bag which is such a game changer for overnight stays but especially for Travelling overseas etc.

    I’ve received the backpack very quickly, within a week, I would say (I live in Sweden). I didn’t get a powerbank inside, so that’s the only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars. I am looking forward to my first trip with this bag!!

    This backpack has traveled the world. Love the backpack until the power cord came out of the plastic holder and can’t put it back in. Contacted customer service for a repair in July and still waiting to hear back from them and it is September. The backpack itself is a 5 customer service is a 0 so that is why they get a 3.

    Obsessed with this backpack. I’ve had this backpack for two years and I have not had one problem with it. I love the rain cover too. I have taken this back forth to overseas and it’s been amazing. It makes traveling so easy. It’s so comfortable to wear. I use it everyday. The quality is amazing. I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

    I just got my backpack on Tuesday and used it twice already for an overnight stay at my grandma’s house and then on a coast to coast trip via plane and I couldn’t be happier. There are TONS of pockets. In fact, I got on this website just to make sure I wasn’t forgetting some! Material is high quality. Shipping was pretty decent (especially these days when stuff takes so long to arrive you almost wonder if you got scammed by another Instagram ad). It fits a standard water bottle perfectly and discretely. I like the squared design because it functions like a dual sided messenger bag. My only complaint is the tote bag comes in better colors, but that’s only my opinion and hardly the most important feature.

    Love this backpack and use it everyday to commute! What I love most is how much it can hold while not looking enormous on a smaller framed person. 4 stars instead of 5 because there is little to no padding on the bottom of the laptop section which is a huge design flaw. The first time I used this backpack I had my laptop inside and my stomach sunk into panic when I heard “clunk” as the laptop made direct contact with the floor when I put my bag down. I ended up having to roll up some packaging foam to stuff into the bottom of the bag to protect my laptop after that. Other than that design oversight, love this bag and would highly recommend! If there was an option to buy it without the usb plug, I would prefer that. I’ve traveled with this bag all over and have never used the plug for charging; it’s mostly just awkwardly in the way.

    Great looking backpack, lots of space, very strong! Looks exactly like the pictures. Comes with a cable inside which is attached to the charging port. Only used it once but feels amazing, can’t wait to use it every day. As a teacher, the many pockets and big laptop space are everything I ever needed in a backpack! Fast delivery as well: ordered it the 28th of July, got it (in Belgium) on the 4th of August!

    15インチノートpc、11インチiPad、ポーチ、ペンケース、資料、上着、その他もろもろ入れても余裕があります
    (たくさん入るので荷物がどんどん重くなってしまうのが難点ですが)

    ただサイドのボトルポケットが、私の使っているボトルが大きかったのか、2、3か月の使用で底がほつれてしまい使用不可になってしまったのが残念です

    I received it yesterday and it seems to be exactly as described on the website: light weight, very well organized (everything fits, somehow and has its own dedicated space, making things easy to find), very pretty and a great color 🙂 and super helpful.     This is the second time I’ve reviewed this backpack- maybe they only print the good ones. I loved this when it arrived but I discovered after I left for overseas that the charger didn’t work and the zip broke very soon after purchase and is really hard to replace and could not match the colour. Lovely looking and great design but not good value as it is an expensive item and I thought it would last. Very disappointing!

    I bought this backpack 18 months ago and I used it nearly everyday.I love the multiple pockets which allows you to organise everything very well.It is solid and looks good ,even after so many months of hard use.The only downside is that one of the zipper leather pulls broke after just few months although the others look sturdy.

    This glorious backpack has been on many adventures now. It is comfortable, holds a ton which the/a packing cube to increase this. Honestly it is surprising how much it holds. I’m also not the gentlest with my backpacks and this one has help up. It’s been on planes, trains, and automobiles (I had to, but it’s true) to different states and countries. The only ware and tear is some smudges. I tried a Timbuktu first. It was nice, but just wasn’t comfortable. This really does tick all the boxes for me.

    If anyone was wondering how to clean it… like I was, keep reading. Although this might not apply to all types of stains, ive had pencil marks on my backpack for almost 2 years and finally was able to get them off using soapy water and a toothbrush. As long as you don’t go too hard with the toothbrush it doesn’t seem to damage the fabric. Hope this helps!

    I love how this backpack has so many pockets, while still generally being pretty compact and lightweight! Super functional and the perfect size! Straps adjust perfectly for me being of average size and height.

    Please make this style with dark brown leathering and zippers instead of the orange-ish tan. Then it would be absolutely perfect for more cool tone outfits.

    This backpack is awesome. I bought it before a recent trip, not realizing where it was shipping from, and was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time. Thankfully, it came quicker than the shipping times indicated, and arrive the day before departure! It fits everything with plenty of room to spare for my carryon, and when my checked bag was overweight, had space for me to add a few more things to make sure I stayed under the weight limit. I lent it to my mother as well for a recent trip of hers and she loved it. The straps are comfortable, and I never felt any strain, like you do with other backpacks. Absolutely love this bag.

    I have wanted this backpack for over a year, and when I finally ordered it, and received it, I can say it has met all expectations. I have used it on 2 trips (and another in a couple of weeks) and for everyday use and I think I love it more each day. I also ordered the packing cubes which are impressive in what they can hold and what I can pack in my Siena backpack for weekends or overnight. I am already planning to purchase the Siena Weekender bag. Thank you for making a stylish and very usable backpack!!

    This would’ve been the perfect backpack had the straps been more adjustable. The furthest they adjust still has the backpack sitting too low, which is a real strain when packed up.

    I think this backpack is good overall but I was a little disappointed and don’t think it has lived up to my expectations as I had hoped it would from what I’ve seen in your advertisements.  
    Likes – Lightweight and good size.
    Dislikes – 
    Keyring placement gets in the way of when I use the zipper. Zippers doesn’t always zip smoothly. Not easily accessible and must take everything out to get to the things on the bottom. Many pockets that clash into each other.  If you fill a pocket on one side, the pocket on the other side cannot have anything in it because there is no room.
    Suggestions –
    Would love to see matching color raincovers. I am just not a very big fan of the color black.  😉
    I wish the USB feature was removable as it just gets in the way.

    As an artist / writer, I travel often and need to carry my essentials: 15 in laptop, ipad, etc, sketchbook, notebook, and of course – SNACKS. A LOT of snacks. A friend of mine had bought this bag, and I knew I had to get it right away. By far, it’s my favorite backpack I’ve ever had. It’s the most lightweight, most user-friendly designed, with more pockets than a girl could ever need without having a dress with pockets. I want one in every color. It carries everything I need, fits easily under any airplane seat, and is the most lightweight without giving up storage space. I’m STILL finding new hidden pockets. GET THIS BACKPACK!

    I’ve used this bag a handful of times now traveling…both by car and by plane. I love the fabric and the look of it, the straps are comfortable and the inside has a lot of room. The only downside for me is the front two zip openings with the various little “slip pockets” is a little too much. In that..I can never find where I put stuff! I feel the two zipped front areas could be broken down into two halves (top/bottom) without all the little slip pockets. I spend more time wondering where I put something because there are about 10 options in there. Sometimes less is more. I could do with only the sunglasses slip pocket and none of the others and dividing the top and bottom so things didn’t slip all the way to the bottom on both sides. Or maybe just one side and leave extra space in the main compartment to put a clear travel pouch, which is how I personally find it easiest to find things and take it in and out. Aside from the front zip areas being a bit too inefficient for me and never finding anything I’m searching for bthe rest of the bag is wonderful and I love it! And super stylish!
