   Love, Love, Love it! I use this backpack everyday for work. I am able to carry everything I need including my laptop/tablet, an insulated lunch box & sandals! Love all the pockets & I can’t wait to take it traveling! My only suggestion is to add a chest strap for traveling. I had a small mishap with the purchase as the inside pocket stitching was faulty, but Nordace were very helpful & gave me a 15% discount on top of the 10% initial purchase discount. Good thing I can sew……best purchase ever, I will definitely buy again!

   I bought this bag 1,5 years ago. When it arrived I was disappointed by the quality of the textile it’s made of, but I gave it a try. I felt in love with the design, the easy access pockets and the separated laptop compartment. I use this bag for traveling (airport, train, bus, hiking) and for a dayly bassis (laptop, some papers, sandwich box, water bottle). BUT after 1,5 years, the bracing what keeps its cube form, pocked through the textil in front. I’m so disappointed.. I tried to fix it with clear nail polish. For this price it should keep longer. I was looking forward to buy other bags from nordace but I’m not confident about it anymore.

   I received my smart backpack a few days ago. It’s beautiful. I enjoyed opening up all the compartments, loving the ability to organise. But when I tried to plug in a usb to the charger, It would not insert. The backpack design has set the usb port too low in the surrounding fabric, so the cable can not be inserted. Unfortunately the Nordace returns policy (which I recommend you read before you buy….I didn’t) means that the customer is liable for the return delivery costs and you must include all original delivery packaging. There is no commitment on timing of warranty replacements.

   Got one of these as a work laptop bag, but in all honesty, it’s too nice for a work bag, and it has become my go-to travel bag instead! Perfect for a long weekend away, or as carry-on for bigger trips. Light and comfy, and great quality! I’ve seen the ads on facebook for ages, but was always skeptical about buying anything off random social media ads. Since receiving the bag from work, I’m in love, and have just bought a duffel for myself too (smaller, for daily use including work)

   4.5 stars, So attractive – aqua, comfortable to carry and many nice features with the laptop compartment and other places. It does fit under the seat on airplane too. Drawback in mine is that the charger port is not easy to use, it slides around and I had to fish around to get it into place and then the plug was a bit hard to get into the slot. I ended up just using my power bar in the bag. Glad I bought it. After several weeks in Europe it still looks good, colour is holding up and not looking dirty.

    I thought a lot about buying this bag or not, was looking for something elegant for every day that could carry my work laptop but at the same time would like to use it for travel. I took the risk and have been using the bag over 1 year now. I absolutely love it. For me, Nordace means quality now and I am back here to look for more smaller bags to travel with, as the organisation of the bag has been more mind-calming than I even expected! 😉 I am really excited about the product and decided to come back here and do something nice. ;)) I can REALLY recommend it, guys. 😉

    I’ve had this pack for about three years and use it almost every day. It’s great on flights. Perfect for holding lots of things in a compact space. However – this month the zipper for the main compartment gave out! I think it should have lasted much longer. And the leather pull-tabs on the zipper are giving way as well. This is a great bag in so many ways – but the maker should upgrade to higher quality closures.

    I ordered this for a 17 day trip to Italy. I was looking for something comfortable, stylish, and spacious, since I was only taking the backpack and a carry on. This product was recommended by a friend, so I was eager to try it. However, the night before my trip, I went to pack and the one seam inside of a pocket ripped. Since I hadn’t used the product and the string began to unravel, I reached out to customer service. They were helpful and gave me 15% back which I appreciated. Other than that, the product itself was amazing. I fit shoes, journals, many charging cables, a camera, a lightweight jacket, and much more (with space to be filled!) quite easily. The hidden back pocket, clear inside zipper pocket, and travel strap were very useful. My favorite part though was the sturdiness of the pack. Despite being full, it felt comfortable and lightweight on my back. I feel like other backpacks sag and hurt my shoulders, but this was a nice change. I can’t wait to switch it out with my current backpack in a few months for my second year of teaching!

    Whilst I didn’t buy my TWO (yes, you read right!) Siena’s directly from Nordace, I do love them – I bought the green and red ones! I would love to have bought the beige one but think it may get grubby too quickly! For those wondering where the USB gets its charge from, you have to have a battery pack (not included) in your bag – plug the ‘fitted’ USB cable into that and the device cable to the outside of the bag. I’ve only had mine for a month or so so cannot comment on the bags’ longevity (including zips) but fingers crossed if you don’t over-fill it, you should be fine and the zips should hold – well, I hope they will.

    I bought this bag (Green) back in August 2021 as needed a decent bag for work to protect my laptop & keep all my work things organised. I was only going to the office once a week at that point, but very quickly I started using it for personal use too. Its such a useful bag if going out for the day somewhere, as so much space for ‘just in case’ items such as a raincoat etc, & I always know I have space to carry items home if I make spur of the moment purchases. The key tether & sunglasses pouch are a great idea – both are items I would usually regularly misplace, but I haven’t lost either once since having this bag, as I keep both in the bag at all times when not using them. The waterproof pocket is also a fantastic feature, stops a wet umbrella getting everything else damp if unable to dry it out whilst on the go, & also great for just stashing quick grab items that I use alot. I was sceptical that the vegan leather zip pulls would last, however, after nearly 2 years they are almost like new. Same with the top handle, which is reinforced with material behind it. My only faults with it are that it is a tad bulky for day to day use, esp if in shops, as it sticks out a bit, and with regular use does ‘fill out’ beyond the 16cm measurements. It could also do with a few pen holder loops. Also one side of the main zip has developed a fault where the teeth no longer knit together if I want to zip it away from the water bottle, but the other zipper does close it when zipping in the other direction, which isn’t very practical as I always use the bottle holder, which now makes it fiddly when needing to open the main compartment when on the go. But am still able to use it. I’d recommend this bag still though, as nearly 2 years of being used nearly every day for both work & play, it still does the job. Because of the zip fault, I’ve just ordered the new Pro 13 bag (shame it doesnt come in green) as a replacement for work use. But will continue to use this one for personal use.

    I bought this backpack online. It is simple design though very chic and I received many compliments from friend about it. It has enough comportments and space for daily routines though not big enough for travelling. I don’t think that it is waterproof as well. Straps are not that much easy to adjust but it’s not a great deal. I would give 5 stars for daily use and it’s worth the price.

    I haven’t bought one yet, do you sell a 100% waterproof at sea version for yachting/fishing/deep sea diving/jet skiing/skiing ( snow and sea) or maybe you could reccomend the perfect add on or company that does? Now there’s an idea for you, moving on from this idea going forward, do you have a contact that would supply a bullet proof backpack or at the very least one that you could easily fit kevlar bullet proof sheets into all front/side and back, probably way off my price scale and no need to worry, i’m not planning anything seriously dangerous, just a research enquiry from an ordinary bog standard guy age 58

    Great storage and ver comfortable. It holds all of the essentials with room for more. The only downside is that the lighter color (beige) gets very dirty and washing is not very easy. If I were to buy again, I would opt for a darker color.

    The size of this backpack is perfect. Also, the different organizational pockets are nice, good size and position. The only thing I’m not too fond of is the zippers. First, they just aren’t as smooth as YKK, and sometimes get slightly stuck, so I worry they’ll break in the not too distant future. Second, they’re metal, and when I reach into a pocket the zipper teeth scratch my hands. The same design but with better zippers would make the perfect backpack.

    This backpack is OK for daily use, but has a lot less space internally than I was expecting. There are a lot of pockets which are good for organisation but I feel the number of pockets dramatically reduce the capacity of the bag in general.

    3.9 stars. I have had this Sienna backpack for year now. I have used it on one, 3 country international trip as an extra clothes bag, on 5 short domestic trips and every day as my workbag. It still looks great, is comfortable and you can definitely pack two days of non bulky clothes, one pair of easy to squish shoes in there, a 5×6 inch, flat laying toiletries bag in the front side pocket, and your wallet and a hairbrush. However, it does get really heavy and if you pack to much it can pull you back a bit since it has no chest strap. The straps are thankfully well made. The biggest issue I have right now is that even if the bag isn’t super full the laptop section zipper no longer stays closed. It unzips as I walk. This has led to too many close calls with my laptop almost sliding out when I take my bag off and a million people on the bus ( thankfully ) telling me that my bag is open.

    Where do I start?! I am in LOVE with my new Nordace Siena backpack! Not only is super stylish (I purchased the beige coloured me with the tan coloured handles and zippers), it’s so comfortable to carry and ridiculously practical. I’ve just returned from a few nights in London with my 7 year old and used it throughout my entire trip. It’s safe to say it’ll be getting plenty of use on my travels from hereon in! I’m sorry to say I’m not normally one for buying from a brand I’ve never heard of…however, having had Nordace pop up on my socials (#gottolovetheseanalyticalcookies) and read the countless reviews I took the plunge and am sooooo glad that I did. I’m thinking I might even I bet in the Nordace Siena – Weekender Duffel Bag in beige as a little coordinating and larger number!

    It is nice and compact. I just got it. I have put 4 stars because the zippers look weak and plastic. Also for security reasons, it would be good to hide the main zippers, they are too accessible and they might attract thefts. Also, I do not like that the inner pocket does not have dept and the zippers are going only halfway. Overall it looks very nice and light, so let’s see how it goes.

    I’ve done so much traveling this past year, I can now write a review on this backpack. The pros, it’s very comfortable to carry on your shoulders. The laptop pocket is very convenient for my IPad, especially for going through TSA. In the main compartment, I use a packing cube for a lightweight jacket and extra clothes. I have plenty of room leftover for my Bose headphones and other small items. In the zippered plastic pocket, I keep the more valuable items in, it’s easy to get things in and out of. The back two side pockets, I use it for less valuable convenient things, such as face masks, sanitary wipes and etc. At times I used the security hidden pocket for extra money and credit cards. The luggage strap is a great feature. The backpack is also small enough where I used it as a daypack on day tours. My only concern is when traveling in Phuket on the boat rides, the zippers got “sticky”. I used chapstick to lubricate the zippers, which worked. The backpack is a nice size for travel, fitting under the airplane seat, and to use for a daypack. One other thing, I did glue some foam rubber on the bottom of the laptop pocket to protect the IPad from the backpack hitting the floor.

    I purchased this backpack ~ Sept 2019. I have loved all the secret compartments, side laptop compartment and ability to move with your suitcase. It was amzaing for the initial two years, however, all three zips have sincebroken, the bottle compartment was way too small and it was very difficult to clean given the charging port. Can you please let me know which Nordace product you would recommend for quality and longevity?

    The backpack is made very high quality, very thoughtful, comfortable and roomy. Perfect for traveling as well as for everyday use in the city. One of the reasons I chose this backpack was the convenience of charging. And what was my disappointment when this option turned out to be useless because my phone does not charge at all. And it’s not about the powerbank, the adapter itself is questionable. I would advise the developers to use better materials.

    I am commenting ONLY on delivery. I ordered two, Siena Starter Kits on 16 Dec 2022. They arrived on 29 Dec 2022. While this may seem slow, it was the “Christmas rush”. I was kept very well informed as to the progress of my order. I was informed on the receipt of the order, the shipping of the order, release of the order from Customs, etc. The items (backpacks, compression packing cubes, etc.) are exactly as shown in the marketing photos and videos. To my great delight, yes, my 15″ hp laptop DOES fit in the laptop compartment along with a letter-size folder of business papers, AND there is room to spare. I look forward to taking this backpack on my travels, the first of these in Jan 2023.

It was a Christmas present from him for me and it made me so happy. It has a compact size and it´s airport and travel friendly. Many pockets and space for everything I need for travelling.     Very good back pack. Bought September 2020. Comfortable on the shoulders and back even when full. Took it on vacation use it for daily commute. One has to be clever when packing for travel and using the cubes. Wish Nordace had the khaki colour when l purchased the grey. Overall works well.

    I bought this backpack for a trip to Europe and loved it. The bag held everything I needed and, best of all, stood up straight when I put it down on the floor. Two women came up to me in different airports to ask me how I liked it and I gave it a 5-star review. Then I used it all fall when I was working as a tour guide. It held a sweatshirt or jacket, my lunch, sunglasses, water bottle and paperwork. I had everything I needed in an easy-to-carry bag that left my hands free.

    I was in two minds when I first purchased my Nordace backpack but I love it! Space for everything. Just can’t quite work out how to get the wire fitted properly into its slot to allow me to properly use the phone charger function. My only negative comment is that I purchased this via an ad on Facebook which was a much better deal than is offered for Black Friday. Mine was approx £80 and not £130 as mentioned here.

    I love my Nordace Siena backpack. All the little pockets are great and keep all my things organised. The only issue I’ve found is the USB connection where I could charge my phone etc, has been sewn in too close, so I can’t plug a USB cable in. It’s no big deal at the moment when I’m just commuting to work, but could become an issue when I go travelling. Other than that, great backpack!

    Love it! I used it twice so far for travel and am now using it for everyday use. This is the first backpack I have truly loved. It is comfortable for my 5’3″ frame. The rectangle shape helps with weight distribution and gives extra space. SOOOO many pockets and compartments. It fit well under the seat on the airplane even packed fully. The luggage strap is helpful, but it is a bit tight especially when the bag is packed with a lot of items. The security pocket is great. A second water bottle pocket would have been nice too. I bought the additional straps to help relieve the weight burden and they are perfect for me especially because I needed to fill the bag. I’m sure this will work well for a weekend trip, and it is a great carry on/personal item for air travel. If you travel and need to check a bag, this bag can easily carry what you need for 1-2 days in the event your luggage is lost. I’m very happy with this purchase and it made me happy to use a backpack again.
